D-Day speaks to The Commander In Chief!
D-Day's Revenge...
Speak Your Mind!
The Commander In Chief is  definitely a unique character and an awesome musician. Add to that an incredible vocal range and you have an amazing artist to keep an eye on in the near future.

D-Day: Thanks for speaking with D-Day's Revenge!

TCIC: Thank you for interviewing me.

D-Day: When did you first start playing guitar?

TCIC: When Odin appeared and told me I had to spread the message of Viking power.
I have been playing for 5 years.

D-Day: You have amazing vocal range. Do you still take lessons? What is that like?

TCIC: Singing lessons; I grew up with a mother who was an opera singer so I always listened to her doing all the supersonic high notes and arias. My voice was very small and not so high until 2 years ago. I never expected to become a singer at all. 2 years ago we just did some vocalizes for fun and all of a sudden my vocal cords were mature and I had exactly the same voice and register as my mother so I think that it is genetic in this case..... She gives me lessons every day and it is very hard work but great fun! Tons of breathing exercises, vocalizes and old school Italian bel canto training. I have been doing this for 18 months now and I will continue to take daily lessons until I can sing anything; from opera to metal so that will probably be for another 3-4 years..... I am just a beginner when it comes to singing...

D-Day: What are some of your routines for protecting your throat and voice?

TCIC: I sacrifice a goat whenever I feel my throat getting sore.....

D-Day: Are you currently working on a new album? Anything you can tell us about that?

TCIC: I always work on new material to please the norse Gods. And of course it is classified information....

D-Day: Do you have any live shows that you are planning on performing soon?

TCIC: I am going to Valhalla anytime soon...

D-Day: Do you have a regular band line-up, or do you get different musicians to play when you need them?

TCIC: I use them and sacrifice them as soon as they piss me off.

D-Day: Who are some of your main influences?

TCIC: Windir, Michael Jackson, Lamb of God, James Brown, Slayer, Phil Collins, Mozart, Opeth.

D-Day: If you could choose any 3 bands to join on a world tour, who would they be and why?

TCIC: I would tour with any band...I am desperate and I need attention.

D-Day: You are obviously a beautiful young lady. How do you handle groupies? Does Ms. Elisabeth stand in the background with a weapon?

TCIC: Elisabeth use her Viking powers to summon the Draug who scares the hell out of most of them.

D-Day: Your music has been classified as "Hybrid Rock". Do you have any certain genre in which you would classify yourself?

TCIC: NO! That is why I had to call it Hybrid Rock.

D-Day: Let's try a multiple choice question......

The Commander In Chief is standing in line at a store when she notices a $100 dollar bill lying on the floor. What does she do?.

a) Pick it up and give it to the cashier in case someone comes looking for it.

b) Pick it up and give it to a charity.

c) Leave it on the floor in case the owner comes back.

d) Pick it up and use it to help make her purchase. Finders - keepers, right?

TCIC: I will give it to my soon to be started Charity for Starving Artists.

D-Day: Are you currently searching for record labels?

TCIC: No! Why?

D-Day: Where would you like to see your career being in 5 years?

TCIC: World Dominance

D-Day: Thank you once again for spending time with D-Day's Revenge! Any final words for the fans?

TCIC: All I do I do for you! Thank you so much for all the support and thank you so much D-Day for this interview and for having me on your great site!!!
